Remisens Hotel Albatros - Cavtat

The location is great and beautiful, at a medium distance from Cavtat Harbor. The building is beautiful and the rooms are decent sized and newly decorated with a couch which can act as an auxiliary bed, nice view and terrace. The services are AMAZING, including an amazing pool.

Big hotel with an excellent pool and a lovely location on the seafront. Huge, spotless room with an auxiliary bed and gardens well maintained plus terrace. Very hard working and genuinely helpful people working here.

The restaurant was great sometimes for breakfast here, I had quality dishes. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Church of st Nicholas was stunning...

Spacious and clean room with a very comfortable and extra-wide bed. Nice layout, but you have to like the "carnival".

Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is in a very large room and its very noisy due to the amount of people. Everything is offered, but the quality is not OK. Cheese, ham and sausage are cut extremely thick.

The location of the hotel that lets you walk around the beautiful scenery into cavtat and the warmness of all the hotel staff....and the excellent choice and taste of the food

Food: more quantity than quality. Mainly package tourists from England and France from cheap tour operators. Old building, renovated, but in the overall impression "from the day before yesterday".

The location was superb and the views were great also the food was very good and great value

Location was awesome, right by the water. The half-board meals were diverse with lots of options, but didn't always come out hot when it was busy. The room was decent, but I could hear the kitchen fan running all night, a bit annoying. Would still recommend it!

Very accommodating staff that were very helpful and polite. Went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable. Gorgeous location and the buffet breakfast (at the hotel) was very nice. Fantastic local restaurant just next door is definitely worth trying!

They charged for the use of the Sauna...is that a European thing?

The location was very good.

The dining hall had the charm of a cafeteria or youth hostel. The corridors were very noisy (our room was on the ground floor of the main entrance hall). The hotel was simply too big, the crowds of people eating were extreme.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They dealt exceptionally well with specific queries concerning missing luggage from the airport, booking further stays, and local information and web searches for ferry times. Absolutely great. Multi-lingual too! Loved the balcony in our suite!

The room smelled a little of cigarette smoke. Non-smoking in the rooms would be better. There was a lot of noise that kept us awake from a local seaside bar/ disco, which was not part of the hotel complex.

The facility is very clean and the staff very attentive. Hardly any waiting needed at the reception.
